Old Growth V.035 Unstable Changelog


Keep in mind this update is considered unstable and may have more bugs than usual. Next update will focus on bug fixes and quality of life improvements. 

Content:

  • Added damage numbers for attacks
  • The interaction system has been expanded, currently only 2 in-game but more will come later.
  • Added an animation to the orb pickup interaction
  • 2 new sounds added to the game, pommel stun and scouting
  • Artifact activation is now in game but still a WIP. No new enemies spawn during the survival rounds.
  • -Damaging actions now have some rng, ex: 2-4 instead of 3

Balance:

  • Reduced the spawning rate of aberrant orbs
  • Aberrant Orb HP: 25 -> 22
  • Knight sight range: 8 -> 10

QoL:

  • Ally units can now move through each other, still cannot occupy the same tile.
  • Map details now show on hover instead of on select
  • The camera can now zoom out and in
  • Spacebar now re-centers the camera

Minor:

  • Gas Rat has been renamed to Afflicted Wolf
  • The campfire is now orange
  • You can no longer attack your own units

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed a sorting order issue during army building
  • Sprite mask now properly turns on during AI turn
  • Gameover screen now clears the active map settings
